Integrated supplier - Integrated Supplier Management involves building and maintaining a cooperative project-supplier relationship, monitoring all of our processes, evaluating sourced products/assemblies, and making appropriate adjustments to the supplier relationship and agreement.

CNC prototypes - Our CNC equipment enables us to guarantee consistent quality and extreme accuracy, both in prototype work and production runs.
CNC fabrication offers a number of benefits:

We produce components and parts for use in many different segments of the OEM market.  We work from customer-supplied blueprints, or we provide design assistance to manufacture products that meet our customer’s strict specifications.

Pressure testing - Facilities are available for testing of both high- and low- pressure hydraulic assemblies to validate system integrity.  Customer-specific testing also can be performed to accommodate specific design parameters.  Depending upon application and requirements, working pressure, proof-pressure, and burst pressure tests can be performed.  Additional test parameters include cycle testing, pulsation testing and bend/flex testing.

All Europower assemblies carry the D,M & Q designation, verifying that the hose and fittings are designed, matched and qualified.

Engineering - With teams based in the United States and Europe, our experienced hydraulic engineers have a wealth of experience in the customer environment, working diligently to solve problems in both a timely and cost-effective manner.  Each engineer’s role involves the integration, improvement and design solutions of all hydraulic products and systems, as well as coordinating all first prototype activity for the introduction of new product manufacture.

Our engineers handle a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Interpretation of customer system requirements and provision of effective technical solutions
  • Technical support to our shop floor for hydraulic testing and trouble-shooting product issues
  • Acting as customer liaison on technical issues
  • Preparation of quotations to support product introduction
  • Development of test programs for safe procedures for operations
